The weather isn't 100% perfect, but we're going to risk it, so we'll see you all at the Wintergardens at 11am!

A catered picnic, May Garland making, Hobby Horse races (TBC) and other games.
The Wintergardens are open to the public so there may be people wandering past: this is an opportunity to advertise ourselves.
There is space on the lawn just outside the Wintergardens should anyone wish to fence or fight.

I'd like to hold a small May Day event to celebrate the SCA's 48th birthday.
It will be similar in nature to Caterine's Collation event. Details so far:
Date: Saturday 4th May 2013
Time: 11am - 4pm
Venue: The Wintergardens, Auckland Domain
What: A picnic, May Garland making, Hobby Horse races (TBC), other games
Cost: $15 members, $17 non-members - this includes $8 for lunch, $5 for garland materials, $1 Kingdom Levy, $1 Miscellaneous
